Started a new node a couple of days ago and started with OpenVMS 7.3-2

Configured the new node with no problems at all. At the end I decided to install the products I used in previous assignments but this forces me to install 8.4

So I performed the upgrade. No problems only to discover I couldn’t connect using SSH anymore.

New keys generated …..still no connection….

So I configured a new system disk and did a fresh 8.4 install. After configuring what I needed I was able to connect to my node again. I still haven’t figured out what the problem was.

The error I received; kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
